CrossFit: Happiness Edition

I think everyone can agree that happiness is one of the most difficult emotions to maintain. Just a general sense of peace is a struggle, let alone full-blown joy.

But we can’t let dour emotions engulf our every move. The world continues to revolve and no matter how many rotations it makes, time alone cannot repair everything. It’s an aide, not a fix. Only you can be your repair person. So get up, move your legs, and try and move forward. It may hurt, but, much like exercising, no pain, no gain.

In the meantime, anyone know how to get rid of moths?
